On June 23, SOS families in all five SOS Children's Villages of Thailand organized the SOS Day event to contribute and memorate to Dr. Hermann Gmeiner, a founder of SOS Children's Villages International. From the first SOS Children's Village in Imst, Austria up until present in 135 countries around the world, Dr. Hermann Gmeiner initiated the concept of unique child care model to let the children who ever lost the parental care to become a part of loving family again.
